Technology firm Razor has been appointed by one of the UK’s leading Software-as-a-Service providers, SSG Insight, to help improve its overall user experience with an innovative, widget-based interface for their core product, Agility. In Agility 9, the smart dashboard provides an at-a-glance view over daily KPI tracking, reflecting the growing role of insight in making intelligent business decisions.

SSG Insight provide Asset Maintenance Management solutions which enable organisations to better manage their assets, people and processes. It has earned an impressive reputation for delivering world-class data analysis, supporting businesses across multiple sectors, including manufacturing, transport and logistics, and education, to compete globally by effectively managing their assets to drive better business performance.

Razor has helped to update and develop SSG Insight’s core product, Agility, enhancing the software interface to improve the usability and user experience. This includes greater KPI reporting functionality and a customisable home screen, enabling users to immediately see the information that is most important to them. The improved visibility allows issues to be quickly and accurately identified and resolved, and for maintenance to be easily scheduled, helping businesses to become more efficient. The software has positioned SSG Insight as market leaders for delivering world-class data insights and asset maintenance solutions.

Jon Moody, Group Chief Product Officer at SSG Insight, said: “We are incredibly proud of our new Agility product, and an enhanced mobile-first offering for our release set to go live this summer. Our intention is to deliver solutions that are user-friendly, insightful and future-proofed.”

“Razor has helped us to create a fantastic product in Agility 9 and realise our vision of delivering data intelligence software that continues to disrupt the market. SSG Insight is going through an exciting period with our product range expanding and our customer base continuing to grow.”

Jamie Hinton, CEO at Razor added: “Working with SSG Insight has been incredibly fulfilling, as we’ve helped them to communicate the true value of their product to customers and prospects. We look forward to this being a long and successful partnership.”

As well as modernising and updating technical and functional aspects of the programme, Razor is working with SSG Insight on a number of other initiatives that will utilise some of the latest data analysis and mobile technology. These exciting developments will deliver highly- focussed, timely information, directly into the hands of their customers.
