Technology firm Razor has been appointed by one of the UK’s leading Software-as-a-Service providers, SSG Insight, to help improve its overall user experience with an innovative, widget-based interface for their core product, Agility. In Agility 9, the smart dashboard provides an at-a-glance view over daily KPI tracking, reflecting the growing role of insight in making intelligent business decisions.
SSG Insight provide Asset Maintenance Management solutions which enable organisations to better manage their assets, people and processes. Razor has helped to update and develop SSG Insight’s core product, Agility, enhancing the software interface to improve the usability and user experience. This includes greater KPI reporting functionality and a customisable home screen, enabling users to immediately see the information that is most important to them. The improved visibility allows issues to be quickly and accurately identified and resolved, and for maintenance to be easily scheduled, helping businesses to become more efficient.
