What Data Do We Collect?

You have the right to withdraw your consent to Us using your personal data at any time, and to request that We delete it.
We do not keep your personal data for any longer than is necessary in light of the reason(s) for which it was first collected. Data will therefore be retained for the following periods (or its retention will be determined on the following bases):
Contact information that is placed in to our CRM system, is reviewed before each promotional campaign or contact to check for relevance and accuracy of the data held, if it is no longer relevant to our legitimate interests or the data is inaccurate it will be either deleted or updated.
Personal data collected during the recruitment process will be stored for a maximum of 6 months following the successful fulfilment of an advertised post.
Personal data collected via a speculative job application will be kept for a maximum of 6 months following submission of such information.
Personal data collected via email will be deleted no later than 2 years after the project / enquiry / contract to which they relate being fulfilled, unless there are other legal requirements (such as financial regulations) requiring their retention for longer periods.
Data relating to company and accounting records will be retained for a minimum of 6 years from the end of the last company financial year they relate to, or longer as required by HMRC.
How and Where Do We Store Your Data?
We only keep your personal data for as long as We need to in order to use it as described above in section 6, and/or for as long as We have your permission to keep it.
Some or all of your data may be stored outside of the European Economic Area (“the EEA”) (The EEA consists of all EU member states, plus Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein). You are deemed to accept and agree to this by using Our Site and submitting information to Us.
