P3rform: Scaling CorporateWellbeing with Whitelabel Technology

P3RFORM, an elite coaching company, sought to expand its reach into the health and fitness market by developing an all-in-one platform. With a proven track record of working with top athletes, P3RFORM aims to provide a comprehensive solution for both professional athletes and corporate employees.

Razor's role in this project was to design and develop a platform that could cater to diverse user needs. We focused on creating a user-friendly interface that allowed users to track their progress, access personalized insights, and engage with a range of health and fitness tools.

By combining technical expertise with a deep understanding of user needs, we helped P3RFORM deliver a scalable and engaging platform that empowers individuals to achieve their health and fitness goals.

P3RFORM's existing tech stack, including an online profiling tool and a third-party mobile app, struggled to support their growing business and deliver a seamless user experience.

Razor was tasked with consolidating these solutions into a unified platform that would elevate P3RFORM's brand and position them as a leading health and wellness provider. Through a collaborative design process, we identified key user journeys and developed a series of designs that envisioned the future of the platform.

To ensure scalability and future growth, we architected a robust technical solution leveraging AWS. This foundation will enable P3RFORM to adapt to evolving needs and continue delivering exceptional user experiences.
