Pure Physiotherapy: DemocratisingTriage with Digital Tracking

Pure Physiotherapy is a nationwide physiotherapist that is undergoing a digital transformation project.

They were getting their website re-developed and required a companion mobile application that would house their symptom tracker that allows patients to get help resources about their condition.

Pure Physio Therapy is an innovative and clinically led expert MSK physiotherapy company that offers the highest quality assessment, diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions, ranging from back pain and knee pain to sporting injuries.

Founded in 2006 and now part of the Unity Health Group, Pure Physio Therapy have gained extensive experience in partnering with the NHS for many years and have been working on national first contact practitioner (FCP) roles since 2016. They are now one of the biggest independent providers of FCP in the country.

We developed a content managed mobile application for both Android and iOS that gives therapy patients a portal to search by body part to find a condition and provide them with helpful resources that can be used to treat their condition.

The mobile application was integrated with their current Google Analytics to allow Pure Physio Therapy to measure the impact of the mobile application.
