Behind The Scenes
Here's what an average day looks like as a high-functioning Solutions Consultant at Razor.
Your morning starts by checking HubSpot to catch up on activity. You review a client’s email requesting the proposal you’ve been working on. Using insights from yesterday’s workshop, you tailor the solution and align commercials before an Account Director schedules the pitch.
Next, you join a kick-off meeting with the Delivery Team. You meticulously share the client’s vision, communicate strict business requirements, and highlight critical risks identified during the presales process.
You lead a 3-hour discovery workshop using a value proposition canvas. You facilitate a creative discussion that results in a high-level set of requirements and sketch out an initial technical architecture on the whiteboard.
Before wrapping up, you jump on a call with a US-based client. They initially sought predictive analytics, but through probing questions, you uncover they actually need a data warehouse. You prep a fresh angle for the morning. Result!
If you have the experience and strategic mindset to shape our client outcomes, we'd love to chat.
