Open Forums & Communication
We give our teams the opportunity to present new work or share any learnings that can add value to the whole team in an open forum. We don’t keep people in the dark. We share important company updates from the senior management team at our company meetings and in between if necessary — even better, there’s usually snacks!
We're all constantly learning
The work we do is vast and varied and almost all targeted at Microsoft Azure. We work on high scale concurrency ticketing platforms, IoT platforms with stream processing and big data analytics, machine learning, natural language processing, cross-platform native mobile apps, APIs and websites.
But you don’t need to be an expert in all that right away. Every month you will receive coaching focusing on your personal development and ambitions.
