Marketing Executive
Craft campaigns that dazzle customers while driving sales leads.

We’re looking for a hands-on Software Engineer who doesn't just write code, but lives and breathes the craft. At Razor and DataQI, our mission is to cut through the hype and deliver products that drive genuine value.
We don’t build generic tools-we craft deeply integrated, sector‑specific solutions that unlock measurable P&L performance across manufacturing and other high‑value industries. As an engineer here, you won't be following a rigid checklist. You'll prototype rapidly, learn fast, and deliver iterative increments of immense value to users.
Mastery of C# and TypeScript, with strong database skills and proficiency in at least one additional language such as Python, C++, or C.
Experience building or integrating AI/ML systems and an ability to translate generative AI research into domain‑specific solutions.
Experience with unit testing, YAML pipelines, CI/CD, deployment strategies, branching, and code review governance.
Deep knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and complex system design patterns tailored for long-term maintainability.
Awareness of code security (e.g. OWASP Top 10) and best practices for protecting sensitive, federated learning, or isolated enterprise data.
Leadership & Autonomy
We operate in a high-trust environment where you are expected to make informed decisions independently.
Communicate complex concepts in compelling narratives and inspire trust with clients and stakeholders. Translate technical reality back to commercial partners effortlessly.
Provide core technical support to the engineering team. Offer top‑down estimates, unblock progress, and ensure strict alignment with our internal engineering standards.
Mentor, delegate effectively, and actively test hypotheses via rapid prototyping. Make independent technical decisions rooted in a deep understanding of standard industry architecture.
We can't wait to hear from you. Come and help us build cutting-edge solutions for the real world.
