We’re looking for an ingenious Front End Developer who is passionate about making clever, original, cutting-edge solutions to business problems. If you are full of fresh ideas and interested in working at the leading edge of design, we’d like to hear from you. A Front End Developer at Razor is essential in connecting the bridge between back end development and the user interface. You will link together the worlds of design and technology, having the confidence and know-how to lead, challenge and take responsibility for incredible outputs. This means you’ll be both creative and tech-savvy.

We work on the most exciting projects, using the latest technologies. We work in a dynamic manner, requiring a learning, failing and going-again mindset. Having accountability of the whole project (not just your part) is essential to making sure we have the highest quality of finishes. In this role you’ll be expected to work in teams, collaborate with Designers, Engineers and Testers, and hold each other to account for producing the best possible outcomes.

The learning will never stop. You'll receive dedicated learning time and mentorship to keep you thinking differently and expanding your boundaries. You’ll play on robots and learn through virtual reality. We want to keep the fire lit under the passion for technology you already have.

To be our Front End Developer, you’ll…

  • Have great knowledge of Front End Framework(s) such as Vue, React, Svelte etc - we mostly use Vue 3.
  • Have great experience of using TailwindCSS, Bootstrap or similar frameworks
  • Have knowledge of HTML, CSS and JS skills, backed with good design and UX knowledge
  • Be comfortable with SASS (or LESS)
  • Work easily with wireframes, Mac OS X and Adobe CS, pens, paper, post-its, bits of string
  • Be obsessive about going above and beyond to create great user experience
  • Be in the know about new tools, techniques and services and unafraid to try new things
  • Be good at articulating ideas both to the team and to clients
  • Have knowledge of GIT for version control and an understanding of TypeScript, but it’s not essential
