Razor, have appointed a new Head of Design, in order to reinforce the business’ people-centric approach to technology and solutions. Having joined Razor in September, Paul Fillingham brings with him a wealth of experience in design and user experience, having held a number of key leadership roles.

Paul boasts vast experience, starting out his career as an Apple Macintosh pre-press and multimedia specialist in the eighties. Since then, he has held positions such as Creative Director, UX Consultant, eCommerce Director and Digital Consultant at companies including Thinkamigo, Orange Bus and Headland.

Paul will be working to strengthen Razor’s approach and offering, ensuring that employees, customers and consumers remain at the heart of their solutions and recommendations. This will include developing Razor’s in-depth discovery process, promoting an emphasis on usability and undertaking more effective and in-depth user research, helping to assert their position as leaders in user experience (UX).
