Account Executive

We're on the lookout for a spirited Account Executive who’s ready to dive into the deep end and make a splash!

The Role:

As our new Account Executive, you'll be at the heart of our growth engine. You’ll be hunting down new clients, nurturing relationships with key partners, and spotting golden opportunities to expand our network. 

Your day-to-day:

  • Scour databases, events, and your network to unearth potential leads

  • Devise strategies for lead generation and follow-up 

  • Make outbound sales calls, emails, and other outreach methods that wow our future clients

  • Ensure client communication is personal and speedy

  • Use social media to connect with potential leads

  • Create an exceptional experience for new business clients from the first hello to the final handshake

  • Back up the team by managing key partner relationships

  • Keep the conversation going with leads, nurturing their interest, and documenting every interaction in our CRM system, HubSpot

  • Provide sales forecasts with pinpoint accuracy using pipeline reporting and HubSpot

  • Collaborate with marketing to create irresistible lead generation campaigns

  • Offer feedback on lead quality and campaign performance

  • Document every lead interaction and progress in HubSpot for seamless lead management

  • Attend relevant conferences to generate fresh opportunities and stay on the pulse of industry trends

  • Stay savvy on competitor activities and uncover new markets and lead opportunities

  • Arm the Account Directors with exceptional reports to shape decision-making and sales strategies

  • Analyse data to target potential leads and fine-tune your sales tactics

  • Support Account Directors and management with various administrative duties

What you bring to the table:

  • You might have some experience in sales or account management (but, it's not a deal-breaker!)

  • You’ve got the hang of CRM systems and pipeline reporting—HubSpot experience is a bonus

  • Your verbal and written communication skills are top-notch

  • You’re confident attending virtual and in-person meetings, and you’re ready to hit the road when needed

  • You’re at ease using social media platforms for business development

  • Data analysis for decision-making is in your toolkit

  • You’re highly organised with an eagle eye for detail
